My updated scenario is to solve the disparity within Fratton and Southsea through art. I will design a CCI educational facility with integrated accommodation to encourage a social flow through circulation. The strategy will involve integrating into the streets, bringing the street into the buildings and encouraging a flow through the buildings and promote a movement into Fratton.
