These are the current concepts for upper and lower floor plans, with the idea being that the rear space of the lower floor will be divided up into facilities including, toilets, conference rooms, classrooms and studios.

Adding walls at either red or blue would mean that stairs would be more separate and "hidden" making the view out less obstructed and again guiding people towards that, making them pause rather than skip it and go straight downstairs. The stair location options are shown in green.
